The important comparison is between the labelled fields. The published frame size and opening size are intentionally different; neither should be replaced by an assumed allowance taken from an unrelated door.
Separate a replacement unit from a replacement leaf
Replacing the whole framed assembly is different from replacing one moving panel. A leaf measurement does not specify the outside size of a complete unit, and a frame measurement does not by itself identify the correct replacement leaf.
